My personal opinion is that the Logic7 is well worth the extra money. The clarity and detail is a big step up from the standard system (to my ears). 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey with Alpaca premium leather, Adaptive cruise, Adaptive Bi-xenons, sunroof, Premium Nav, Premium ICE Logic 7, telephone, active locking rear diff, console coolbox, seat memory, powerfold mirrors, tow pack, window tint, dual battery, engel fridge, Goodyear Mud-Terrain tyres.

I had both the standard and now Logic 7 systems and to my ears there is little difference if you have your music as mp3s on an ipod, usb stick or similar.
If playing music from a CD though, there's quite a difference in quality and I'm glad my car has Logic7 SOMETIMES YOU'RE THE BUG AND SOMETIMES YOU'RE THE WINDSHIELD
