CD Error Ejection Fault

Hello All

Is there a way in which I can get the CD's to eject without going to the delaers - reason being, my in dash CD unit will not eject the CD's (trying it singly or holding the eject buttin longer to try the eject all option).

If anyone knows - I would appreciate some input, or is it a Dealer issue?
