Need help: How to connect Ipod with MY07 SE the easy way?

Hello from Austria!

Hope my english isnīt too bad. Razz

I own a 12/07 SE TDV8 (great car) - and Iīm looking for the easiest way to connect an ipod with my car.
It does have Bluetooth, but nothing connected with the AUX button. I found this helpful Disco3-link: http://disco3.the-schuttes.org/index.php?o...;Itemid=42 and it does seem to be a very similar way to connect the ipod with the system. But Iīm not sure if the wires an situation behind the radio will be the same? Embarassed Twisted Evil

My question: does anyone know how to do this with RRS - how to remove the plastics, and where will I find the mulitplug with the accordingly wires? Idea

Any other tipps or pictures would be great!!!

Thank you so much,
A Newbie
Jockl

"12/07" If its a MY08 car then you should have an Aux input socket next to the rear cigarette lighter? Mine does. Not sure if it was on pre MY08 as a friends MY06 does not have it.

I use one of these...

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0011UK2HE...amp;sr=8-1

Then just run the one lead down the passenger side and tuck it under the centre console lid so it don't drop down side of seat. IPhone then sits nicely in the cup holder.

Hi,
I bought the adapter that plugs into the rear aux and cig liter.
I carefully rapped the excess cable with ties and push the ream between the seat and the chill box housing.
The iPod cable then sits in the tray under box lid along with the iPod .
With the aux button on all you have to do is press the pause on the iPod twice to switch the music through onto the system.
Mine has worked really well for three year, no problems.
