HTC PHONE DOESN'T WORK!!!

Bought today the HTC HD2 smartphone to replace my old Samsung Omnia, because the HTC is on the Land Rover's list as a certified phone which fulfills all needs (phone-book, list of calls etc.....)
But the most important doesn't function-it doesn't put the audio on the car's speaker-simply it blocks completely-even on the phone itself you cannot accept or make a call!!!!
Who can help me out???

Thats strange I have an HTC Desire which although Android works perfectly on my car (MY 10) and should have the same connectivity capabilities as your Windows enabled HD2..Why not call HTC customer services and get them to throw some light on it?? Confused

I have HTC HD2 and it works on BT very well - does your car have phone software upgrade? (Just noticed you have 2010 car so forget my comment on software!)

When I use my Windows-based HTC, it does this intermittently and the only solution seems to be to reboot the phone. Hasn't happened with my Android phone (HTC Desire) yet.

Whats more sad is that you know Apple is the superior product but for whatever reason (which I shall refrain from putting down on here) you chose an inferior product...... Whistle
