Just had my MY2007 returned from the dealer after some work and the use settings (button4 etc) were all reset to standard settings.

I know button 4 can be set up to switch on the headlights for a set time but I am sure that prior to the visit all lights came on when it was dark (I think synced to the auto lights). This was with button 4 set to open the main rear hatch.

Well, "dark nights are fair drawing in" and last night it didnt do this. Is it me having a CRAFT moment and this never happened or is there a reset? Now - MY11 RRS Autobiography TDV6, Orkney gray, tints, steps, daylight running lamps and allllll the toys!!!

I'm getting a little confused here...you want the headlights to come on when you open the car?

Could it be that you have to press and hold the Land Rover button and flash the headlamps at the same time? I think this will set the headlight delay and a chime will confirm successful programming.

So when you open the car you also do a short press of the Land Rover button that will turn on the headlamps for the length of time that you specified in Settings.

Are we getting anywhere??  Malaysia Boleh!
