Since I have been over on FullFatRR.com I am surprised at the number of people who used to be on D3 and here who I thought had moved away from Land Rover altogether, but have actually moved into a FullFat. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I had a real problem with a salesman at Looker's Chelmsford one Sunday morning in early
ay. I can only imagine that the stuck up idiot mistakenly thought I was a time waster and didn't have the money to buy a 2007 RRS 2.7 V6.
He took all my details and promised to phone me the next morning with a part ex price for my own car and price to pay for the RRS that I had chosen.
The call never came.
I went to Lookers Bishops Stortford and had a much more acceptable experience. I bought from them straight away. A few weeks later I drove the RR to Chelmsford. walked in and saw my old buddy with customers and another salesman (hopefully a manager). I asked if he had the price for me yet and enquired what had taken him so long (it had been two months). He said "Sorry about that i've been on holiday for a couple of weeks". I pointed out my car on the front and told him he'd lost the sale and my servicing custom. Then walked out.
He also failed to believe that I meet with one of the Jaguar/Range Rover Directors regularly......... BIG mistake!!!
