Have any members had a problem with their Goodyear Excellence Tyres 275/40R20 106Y?

My brother has a month old RRS and 2 tyres have started to bulge on the wall. The tyres have covered less than 3k miles and have had only normal road driving. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.
