Was chatting to another RRS forum member who is wanting to 'go large' too.

I think I need to trade a few RRS orders for FFRR orders at the factory!!

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Good time to get a good deal, just before the 4.4TDv8 FFRR comes out. Most RRS owners obviously don't need 7 seats or a massive carrying capacity. Nice as the D4 is, I don't need a mini-bus or a moving van. One thing about taking the FFRR, I'm going on holiday shortly and was going to need to take my trailer with the bikes and some gear on it as there are 4 of us going with 2 mountain bikes - have just cancelled the trailer from the ferry booking as with the FF we can get all the bags in the FF boot with room to spare and the bikes will go on my Land Rover bike rack that the drop plate tow hook from my old L322 was modified to take = £180 of trailer fare on the ferry saved and if I want to take a windsurf board and quiver bag I also have the roof bars from that FF too so the board and bag can go on the roof!
Here's my last one with the windsurf gear for 4 people - the FFRR and trailer saved us taking 4cars on the ferry out to Tiree! At £180 a car it was worthwhile taking the car and trailer as the passengers webt over for £15 each instead

Right Tim,

I have enjoyed "meeting" you but its time that you and the German went off to the FFRR forum, oh and you can take PPE with you. Rolling with laughter

Who knows, you might liven it up a bit over there and give it some well needed normality.

Hitherto, brain death and a feeling of superiority seem to be prerequisites for posting there. Shocked
