I had the 24 month service done for £300 after Stratstones cocked up and mis-quoted me (it was meant to be £600 but the phone convo was recorded!). So £440 sounds great for the 36 month service - anyone know a cheaper place? Is the 36 month a biggy?

Sounds a lot mate........I only paid £400 a few weeks ago for my 2yr service which is the big one.

I simply phoned the nearest 6 dealers and played them off against each other using my fav one until last telling them what I had discovered.

Ended up using Stratstones Nottingham!

Not sure if its the case up and down the country but a lot of my locals were struggling for work so press them hard for a good deal!

Well from my experience, London and the SE's LR servicing prices are less than Scotland's so don't bother coming up here to get it done. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I've been lucky that haven't paid for a service in 3 yrs ownership, LR and Stratstone have covered them so far as goodwill gestures.

Just paid £400 at Farnells, Leeds for my 36 month service. Supposed to be £500 but they are doing a 'special' at the mo - lol!

And I think its a big one not a minor service BTW. FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy

a rip off. I just paid £270 inc vat at Parks Land Rover, Ayr. This was the 3 year service. My car has cover 34k miles. Great service and a full valet when I picked her up.  If you see a bandwagon - it's too late.....

hmmm. I was charged an extra £80 for the aircon to be serviced as well - this was an upsell on the day. But still overall great value If you see a bandwagon - it's too late.....
