That is the coolant expansion tank bleed screw.
With the engine running, keep the coolant to the upper level mark of the expansion tank until a steady stream of coolant is seen returning to the expansion tank. Tighten the expansion tank bleed screw.
Regular coolant loss could be because of hoses, hose connections, radiator, water pump, heater core, gaskets, engine casting cracks or engine block core plugs. If there are no visual leaks, carry out a pressure test. Malaysia Boleh!
