Have you tried uninstalling itunes altogether and then doing a clean install? |

yeah uninstall itunes and do a fresh install, u might wanna copy the itunes music folder first so that you don't loose your music , tv shows, movies etc |

Cheers guys I'll try that. Most of what I have in iTunes is already backed up. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

In the process of downloading the upgrade right now Leeds - the uninstall/re-install worked fine and as you say all my audiobooks (280 of them......) music etc is all fine too as I backed up everything to iTunes this morning. I'm with O2 and have been through that APN malarky before with a previous upgrade 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

The new software has downloaded and installed OK, now it's restoring the the data from the back-up. BTW Leeds, the APN in my iphone started idata.O2......... not what you mention in another post 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Tim turn your iphone wifi off if connected to your home router and see if you can get onto safari or any other 3GS data services, if not try the detail in the other post it works fine on mine. |

3G out here ........................... Leeds I live out in the sticks, we have a copper wire to the phone exchange for our internet connections! Anyway did what you suggested and on GPRS was able to post this with the wifi in the iPhone turned off so all seems fine - everything else works OK too and I have my apps and files back, thanks for the help. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
