| Troubles with parking lights + sat nav + audio | |
Hi folks, i am driving a 2006 RRS Sport 2700 TDI HSE.
I looked into the forum by using the search function (parking lights) but I did not get to any similar topic.
I only foud something on fog lights which, apparently, seems to be similar.
I have updated the front parking lights with the halo ones and I have been using the for many months.
I have also swapped the original radio with a Kenwood Double Din, hence using both nav sats at the same time.
In the last weeks I experienced these troubles:
- the OEM sat nav ramained stuck in standby position while driving, only witht he Land Rover Logo, without the chance to give it any command;
- at the same time, the audio of all the Kenwood system was dead, while the video remained unchanged (apparently I could change radio or watch TV;
- this event was simultanuos and randomly went on and off for at least three times. At the momento I am in the ON situation, likely...
- both front parking lights died, while the tail lights are still in working order; I do not have any signal on the dashboard and the dimmer actually changes the light (smmother) of the dash when the parking lights (albeit gone) are on;
- randomly, the sat nav lose sthe signal while driving, stating "Cannot load map" or something similar.
Then it restores by itself.
I actually have never touched the nav system, so I wpould exlucde any damage on the CD caused by human beings.
Suggestions?
Shall I check the fuses for the parking lights? If positive, could somebody give me a hint where to find it and which is the correct one to check?
I am rather odd on this.. 
PS I tried also to disconnect the battery for a while when I only had (originally) the audio/sat issue, but I did not get any positive results.
