I have purchased a clay kit about a month ago still not got around to doing it yet, generally my paint is in very good order as it should be at only 7 months old, i clean it with a lambswool mitt and dry with a microfibre brying cloth, but i have a few tar spots etc from pothole repairs etc just on lower half of some panels. So can i just clay these areas or should i clay the whole car?? If i do have to clay the whole car do you do plastic trim, glass etc??

Were they painted bumpers though? I wouldn't use clay on the textured grey plastic. WINNER - 2009 ‘Just Doing What It’s Designed To Do’ Award
