Stuck in 'Phone mode' Any ideas please...

My '55 RRS has just started acting weird and goes straight into Phone mode.... (I have no physical phone fitted and my bluetooth is turned off.

Any ideas would be gratefully received....

Only started after I disconnected the alarm siren (I wanted the full fat horn!!) and reprogrammed the key to do the lights and not the tail gate....

I have disconnected the battery and will have a bath and try it later but just wondering if anyone has had this happen before...

Re connected the battery and all is well...... For now....
