Does that not make the price about right, you traded in at 23k plus dealer profit they re sell at 25k. Eighteen months on at 22k resale.

I would say a tad on the high side. Sub £20k in my view. BTW red's ok - shouldn't be a problem with resale 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Just did an online check on the price of my old RRS using webuyanycar. Prices are holding up and maybe sub £20k is unrealistic as that web site values your requirements at £19.5k - they usually price on the low side. With that in mind 22k seems like a good price. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

But mine was a younger car and lower mileage - i'd have thought that is a couple of K high but prices have been all over a bit - your best bet is to compare to the comparable averages on LR's used site as well as auotrader etc Also my PX was a 'good' price Speak to James at LPR |

Just put in reg and spec in WBAC.com and it came out at £19565. They are normally about £1k below trade in price and 3-4k below resale. Good idea for a bench mark though |

James at Lookers Park Royal - site sponsor and a v. good name in putting together good deals with a good service - may be worth a PM to him outlining what you are looking for. If he cannot help he'll give you a good steer |

I would not use we buy any car (we rip of any car owner) as a yard stick they are about as realistic as a tap dancing oyster |

Theres a guy at SWMBOs work is selling a 55 plate 4.4 v8 with HORRID 22s on it and 41k miles for £24500. Mind you he's throwing in the standard LR wheels and new tyres with it at that price. Current, M135i in Estoril Blue with more extras than the cast of Ben Hur.

4wheeldriver............... you mean 'offering' as opposed to 'selling' I'd guess? 4.4's have a novelty due to their rarity and the fact that you can have TDV6 performance with Supercharged economy!

When she forwarded the ad James I did tell her the only thing it would do was drink enough fuel to push up her companies share price! Current, M135i in Estoril Blue with more extras than the cast of Ben Hur.
