Anyone knows how to fix the surrounding plastic?

I found a car which is in pretty good condition, except this! Does anyone knows how to fix the surrounding plastic?

A car dealer normally has a company that touches up scuffed plastics in cars, I understand by using a airbrush with matching paints

maybe check with your local dealer to see who they use?

has it been chewed by alligators? Duck tape is good for most repairs purple people eater
