help fitting resistors to 2010 rear lights

Hi has anyone fitted ballast resistors to the 2010 rear led lights to stop fast indicator flash on dash when fitting lights to to earlier models.I know I need 50w 6ohms resistors but how do I wire them in ? Question

help fitting resistors to 2010 rear lights

N/S - connect one end of the resistor to the green/red wire and the other end to an earth wire.

O/S - connect one end of the resistor to the green/white wire and the other end to an earth wire.

I don't advise fitting the resistors to the back of the light units, much safer to fit them inside the vehicle, to avoid any contact with water.

I'll try and uploads some pics for you.
