United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

My 3Gs used to pair just fine & dandy within seconds of ignition start. Unfortunately my trusty iphone got a triffle damp Embarassed and as Iphones tend to do when shown a bit of moisture - it gave up the will to live. 02 wanted something like £400 to replace the phone but thankfully the Apple Store replaced it for £139. But the new 3Gs wont auto pair with the RRS anymore. It needs to be manually paired each time, and each time needs the PIN entered twice. Painfully slow and annoying. And I cant upload the new IOS4 as I get an error each time I try. All very trying ! RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Smarticus, I was having problems uploading OS4 for my 3g iphone last week. sounds same as your problem - I was told a DLL file was missing when I upgraded to iTunes9.X Got a heap of useful info from here which resulted in me backing up itunes and my iphones files, un-installing itunes and then downloading v9 and installing it. When I did that the OS4 upgrade for the phone downloaded dead easy and very quickly. Stangely it has also cured a problem I had when trying to post on these forums using Firefox.......................... the mysteries of the interweb and computers never cease to amaze! You might find some useful/helpful info in the thread I started in the Off Topic section 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

iPhone will not auto-pair if currently connected to a Bluetooth device. In order to auto-pair with the iPhone Bluetooth Headset. The connected device must be disconnected from iPhone by turning off the connected device or unpairing with the device using the iPhone Bluetooth application.
