OK - so I have to admit it - I am a bit of a boy racer! However, I have never been able to work out why, on the TDV8 and SC why they don't put some nice red or black Brembos on. I don't know whether there is some sort of Brembo code of conduct where certain brakes warrant the red colour and others don't but the greyish colour ones on mine really don't do the job (of looking good - clearly they stop me well...).

I was thinking of going red - but now you mention it - does the red really not look good??? I might go for black now..... |

you might do yours red and love them, the rear brake caliper is small compared with the front brembo one and looks stupid coloured red but looks good in black, unless you do the fronts red and rears black!. |

I think in Red they look smart but the rest of the vehicle needs parts which can tie in the sporty look the red gives off.

So, is it really just as straight forward as wire brushing them, then painting with smooth hammerite? What? No crazed fanatic saying it will invalidate your warranty or you'll be sent to hell? It can't be that simple can it? Jaguar XKR Convertible

Some will probably say you should use land rover paint!, but it really is that simple. |

Anyone any experience of buying the white decals off Ebay. There are quite a few different sellers; one with a lifetime guarantee. 80mm seems to be the correct size for the fronts? FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy
