I think you would be best off with the BAS offering for a number of reasons;

1 The BAS is bespoke to your vehicle so is engine & ECU specific Bow down
2 Pete has spent hundreds and I literally mean hundreds of hours developing the re-map Thumbs Up
3 The after service is second to none Thumbs Up
4 By their own admission, Evolve dont specialise in LR and disapeared off this forum for some time Sad

The above is IMHO of course, but have a chat with Pete and I doubt very much if you will look back Thumbs Up "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" ----is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" -----------is how far you take the fence with you.

Who writes your re-maps and what process do you/they use? "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.

I don't feel this is the place for me to justify my credentials, hijacking someones thread like this, but since you clearly demand answers... Rolling Eyes

I write all my own maps, individually for each and every car I tune. I use WinOLS for map editing, and a whole host of very expensive tuning equipment to do this, such as CMD Flash & BDM, Byteshooter, BMD100, OLS300, EVC SPI, Powergate R, Tactrix, to name but a few. All tools are Masters, Not slaves! I have a 4 wheel drive dyno available to me, which has seen many hours of testing. Most of my testing is done on the road, even on the commute two and from my workshop.

Just because I've not been an active member on this forum, it doesn't mean I don't know what I'm doing. lol

I ask you to take a good look through my website, and see how, and why I do what I do. Then you'll understand. Wink Feel the difference... Feel Alive!

Given your location Evolve must be worth a look. I've used them before and have always been very happy with their service and results. WINNER - 2009 ‘Just Doing What It’s Designed To Do’ Award

I'm very happy with BAS.

One big advantage of BAS is not location dependent, you can use it anywhere in the world '08 RRS TDV8

I've wondered why members never mention Alive Tuning, Gary. As I've only been a member for a short time, I was expecting to be hit with a stick if I did mention Alive Tuning as an alternative to the other tuners. But then I should know you were a forum sponsor... Rolling Eyes

To everyone else, I use Alive for customers wanting performance modifications. I like the ever increasing product range, the quality of the products and the fact that Gary is a perfectionist makes my job very easy!

Thats nice, but this text could be seen as border line commercial posting for your business which is not a sponcer of the forum. So out comes the stick again Whistle
