Overfinch Vogue TDV8

I am going to change my RRS in March 2011 when it is 3 years old.......I have 100% made my mind up now that I want an Overfinch Vogue TDV8 MY10.

I won't be buying new though, 12 months old will take the sting out of the price nicely.

What is the best route? Buying a ready done one or buying a regular Vogue and taking it to Overfinch?

I think it will be circa £60K, am I right with this at 12 months old?

Thought Overfinch provide warranty like Landrover from new for 3 years but is limited to 60k

Sure they would answer any questions being a sponser.

cheers lespes....I suppose i'm thinking of what their warranty entails i.e if I'm based on the south coast and I have a problem, travelling all the way to Overfinch in Leeds is a pretty long trek if my manufacturers warraty at my local dealer is void. Gone: RRS : HSE : TDv6 : 57 : Java Black : Ebony : 20"

Johnny is this in addition to the other car you talked about? I think I prefer the RRs Overfinch...especially in white - look at the most expensive RRS on Autotrader - it;s a white Over RRS - looks amazing at £72K ish....

Nick,

No instead of.....you scared my off with the cost of service every 10K.....

If i'm honest I don't like the front of the FFRR.....until you put the overfinch front bumper/apron on, then it looks more like an RRS, i.e. awesome. But the interior of the FFRR is unbeatable, especially when Overfinched.

Also to get the car we were discussing I'd have to go at least 4 years old, with this it will be 12-18 months old.

JF, think you're making a good move and you're right, the new FFRR will be a great buy used in 6 months time - and an Overfinch one at that - just make sure you get the auto lowering side steps - gives me a stiffy everytime I see it work!! haha

Black and Ivory always a classy choice, but know you like the grey too - just go for a light interior with black wood - nothing as classy as that.

Good choice - and this should show to everyone, Mancs can be sensible and do have a brain! (most of the time anyway)

Thumbs Up

Rolling with laughter

I know about the auto steps Nick and agree they are essential!

I will be going the black and ivory route.

Just make sure you get low miles and one where the paintwork is amazing.....would be a great buy - I'm very envious - always a big step and one to be thought about - going from an RRS to FFRR
