Yes, But for the purposes of this kind of survey it would still be treated seperately as it is a different

My FFRR broke down in its fourth year. The repair cost couple of hundred pounds and the car was all good for the years to come. The car has now 8 years and is as good as it was on the first day when collected

And claiming that £500 for repairs on a FFRR is expensive is a very poor argument. If a repair on any other motor (worth £30k) costs £300 then some one clearly wasn't very good at math when doing a comparison of what is expensive to the person paying the bill
