IIRC way way way way back someone posted on this and the answer was complete unit, it might have been VA but I am going from memory .... |

Yeah, you have to replace the whole unit. I cracked the lens of one of mine a few years ago and bought a slightly used pair of replacements on eBay for $80, since the local LR dealer wanted a ridiculous amount of money for a new one (can't remember now but it was US$300+ each, I think!) They are very easy to install in 5 minutes, gently pop the plastic bezel off the bumper and you will have access to the 3 (Torx T-15) screws that hold the lamp in place, then you unplug an electrical connector in the back and do everything in reverse to install the new unit. There is also an accessible adjuster screw on the side of the lamp assembly, should the beam pattern need to be aligned up or down (mine was perfect.) Left and right fogs have their own separate part numbers, but if you find them used on eBay you will likely get the pair anyway...
