Sounds like a load of Dealership waffle to me. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

Would think if standing lopsided on flat surface the height sensors need re-calibrating or one or more have packed up.

+/- 10mm at each corner when driving. If stationary for more than 2mins then tightens tolerance to +/-3mm. It can therefore theoretically have a side to side difference of 20mm so can look lop sided but working ok - this is to stop the system levelling all the time which is bad for component durability.

Those small tolerances are quite reasonable but we have seen cars that are very visibly leaning over to one side when parked on the flat. These have subsequently been determined as faulty ride height sensors - most dealers don't tend to baulk at replacing them under warranty (if warranty still valid of course).

Good call, the calibration can be spot on but if the sensor signal has drifted it will be all over the place!
