Does anyone know if it is possible to retro fit the driver seat memory function to a regular electric driver's seat?

Of course I would need to find and fit the switch gear (M 1 2 3), but would the loom be pre-wired and sitting there ready? Also, would I need to fiddle with the coding or re-progam anything for it to work?

I drove a new Freelander the other day that had it fitted and it made a world of difference when swapping drivers.

Not sure about the wiring but pretty certain some enablement would be nessercary to the cars systems as each key can be programmed for different settings, so you can have his and her keys
