At Prestwick Airport an RRSport.co.uk sticker at last!

Went to Prestwick Airport to collect Mr and Mrs Alicatt froma flight from Brussels and parked in the short term car park behind this rather dirty (Ok so it had been down to -6C in places here last night and the roads were covered in salt) Java RRS with an RRSPort.co.uk sticker on the rear window. The only car that came to mind was X5PEA's but a PM to him soon revealed that it wasn't him. Some quick research using my iPhone to search in my PM's on RRS and I knew I had "spoken" to the owner recently. It's Muffd's RRS!

yup. Guilty as charged M'lord. The car is still covered in forest trail dirt from my off road adventure in the Trossachs a couple of weeks back. Embarassed

This afternoon's task is to get the hot pressure washer, bucket and sponge out!

Cheers all

Bet you don't look as nice as the 2 young ladies who very rudely parked right across the end on my drive (not even on the other side of the courtyard) this afternoon in their 2010MY 3.0ltr RRS SE in Santorini with privacy. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

You should have bought a Stornoway RRS Muff. I can go for weeks before I need to wash it - unless they start salting the roads, then I get a very dirty car.........................

This was after a run along the M9 to Edinburgh Airport and back in August this year after the roads appear to have been salted!

and only 2 weeks after JKP over on Disco3 had spent a whole day valeting it on my drive Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry

It was nice to see you again Tim, Mrs Catt says Hi too.
Thanks for taking the trouble to help us out, it made a day that was going to be a nightmare into a very enjoyable one. When we went back on sunday the train was delayed and then full to bursting by the time it left Glasgow Central, and of course, everyone was gong to the airport so it was standing all the way.

Oh had a nice wee pressie waiting when we got home, a bottle of beer from Scotland, reputed to be the strongest beer in the world at 32% ABV and called Tactical Nuclear Penguin from a company called Brewdog. Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh
