Depending of the year of your car, you might not be able to input destination while driving...If it's all working when you are at a stop and not when in motion, then you have your answer... Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

There is also a workaround via a hidden button top centre of nav screen with a pin option to get into nav on move (and other stuff) it works but is a pain to enter every time you startup |
