Don't give the D3 back until you get yours back! And make sure you give it a thorough workout Honestly what a bunch or tightar*es LR and LRA are....make you beg to get something equivalent to what you paid for and then expect your patience to wait for parts and repair....what arrogance. BMW always gave me an equivalent or better replacement. RRS TDV6 Bluetooth, VR, Roof |

I do find it frustrating that I have to fight tooth and nail to get any kind of service from LR. It's almost as if they think they're doing me a favour in trying to fix my car!!

I was told about 2 years ago that the whole brand was being looked at and surveys being done left, right and centre and watch this space...ra, ra, ra. Nothing has changed and LR/LRA are as arrogant as ever......deny any problems and just say it's normal. Seriously, my car was about two weeks out of warranty and they were not going to honour warranty work on a problem that I had complained about 7 times during warranty and was never fixed!!!! Some upstart at Customer Care(less) Centre just basically said bad luck nothing more we can do. It was ultimately the dealer that helped out claiming it as engineering problem - ironically the problem they thought was the problem......wasn't. So I still have a noise in the transmission which, you guessed it.....LRA state is normal.....bullsh*t! I have no problem with the dealer guys, they have always helped out and bent over backwards, it's the secret society above them I despise. They won't even let you talk to an area manager - you have to do everything through Customer Careless - try explaining your frustrations and problems to someone in a call centre!! Vent, vent vent!! Lateral - I've been speaking to the area manager, and his boss the national manager... specifically the National Manager for Technical and Customer Service... Alas the experience is also not a pleasant one.. Land Rover Australia would be advised to remove the word "customer" from job titles and team descriptions, as quite clearly they don't want them, and don't care about them! |
