The welcome pack from LR has just landed on my door step.

Has anyone else received one of these? on the whole the booklet makes for interesting reading, but what the hell is the chunck of steel for!!!!

Thought at first it was a flick knife or maybe a credit card holder has anybody any ideas???

Not sure what you got but I resently got a pack from LR with a nice shiny luggage tag

What a complete waste of money.

What would have been nice is a letter from the MD thanking me for my support of the brand during such difficult times, or a nice professional photo of the new MY2010 Sport, not a useless booklet and really cheap keychain. not read the book or stuff but i did break my name tag off my luggage on my last holiday, so i thought it was thoughtful to send a replacement

There is absolutely no substitute for a genuine lack of preparation.


TDV8 HSE MY10 with pretty much everything including a vase of daffs on the back shelf, tropical fish collection in the centre console, hamsters in the spare tyre and finally sheep on the passenger seats.....for weight distribution, what else??

I've had nothing, I guess that's the problem of getting a car from a lease company!
