I had my first service at Guava. There were a few niggles but Will & Tim handled them well.

Paul at CHPR will kill me for saying this - but they matched the price for the second service....

I'm at 15,000 or since my last service, but indicator hasn't shown up for service yet - worth waiting for it to come up or shall I just get it done? Cat going in for 3 days this week for knocking fix and couple of other bits and pieces so might get it serviced while it's there....

2nd year service completed yesterday at Guava, Guildford. Guava state (on one of those cards they hang from this rear-view mirror) that their customer service standards are designed to "Exceed Your Expectations". Well, I pleased to report that they have. Just had 30k service on 57 TDV8. If anyone is around the East London/Essex area i can thoroughly recommend LJK Automotive in Romford. They are Jaguar and Land Rover specialist. First class service. Cost for full service was £250. Car was collected at 8am. Full service. I got a copy of the service schedule report showing everything they had done. Also got a list of things to keep an eye on over next few months. They will handle any warranty work if needed on your behalf -they will co-ordinate and liaise with Land Rover dealers with whom they have a good relationship. I had the front pads changed too - total bill (service and pads) came to £500. Car was delivered back at 6pm - washed inside and out. they followed up with courtesy call a few days later to make sure i was happy. Local Stratstone dealer wanted to charge £645 just for the service.
These guys are extremely well qualified and have been in the industry a long time. Give them a try.
