United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Java Black

Look into my eyes, not around the eyes......

Nope, pretty sure it's a new Hawke grille styled on the MY10, but fitted to a MY09 HST style front.
You can tell by the shape of the driving lamps. And if you really squint you can just make out the old shape side vents.

Think it's new from Hawke as they only have this picture, no price or details.

But who do you trust? Whistle Wink

The board is wiped, new idea. This is my grill now, (whats it called OEM, S/C they all look the same) Anyway i am thinking of getting the coloured outer region done, to keep it consistent with the side vents (see pic below) but when I got the side vents sprayed i asked for chrome fins/honeycomb. Do I get the grille chrome too? Confused

Aidan,

looks like you have the TDV8 grille, only difference from S/C is Black LR badge on S/C, Green on TDV8.

Also looks like your side vents are more silver than chrome, or is that just the photo?

I'd colour code the outer bars on the grille and stick a black badge on, looks better than the green one. If your side vents are silver and not chrome that's all you need to do.

That's the combo I have, so obviously the best. Thumbs Up

I wouldn't chrome the front grille, will look even more like a towel radiator. Whistle

Mine came with the black badge on it. Sure they would add one if you ask them nicely. Wink

But think it was sold by carstyling as already c/c, not painted to order seeing as Java Black is so common/in demand.

I bought mine off ebay from someone who had bought it fom carstyling, came in the same box as carstyling sent it in with all their gumph.

You can also get the black LR S/C wheel centre caps off ebay, they do look much better than the standard green ones. Will look up the seller if you like, mine were £12 or something but some are selling them for £30 now.

They will look the Cat's Pyjamas Thumbs Up

Best £15 you'll ever spend - out of Thailand.

Try this one, some of the others are taking the Censored wanting £36 Shocked

Although the silver part looks a little shiny, try and find ones that are more matt, to match your alloys.

Oh, one more thing, you'll need a black badge for the boot as well to get the co-ordinated look. Plenty on ebay.

Methinks someone must work in a parts dept/factory and is filling their pockets Whistle
