I understand it to mean items due to attract VAT. Non commercial vehicles - private cars - only attract VAT on the first time sale IIRC.... |

If if you are a VAT registered business, you can reclaim the VAT after you've purchased the car for business purposes. You will need to charge VAT when you sell the vehicle.

It's Vat qualifying because it has remained within the ownership of a Vat registered company.

I dont think it says it is VAT qualifying but should it be then etc etc .........
