Guys, I have some standard 20 Inch stormers on my car at the moment. Is it possible to "transform" them into the finish like in the picture below.

Don't like completely black alloys but those look good. I expect you could have yours partially relacquered (if that's what the process is) in black... but suspect it would be the sort of thing a body shop might need to do? Not sure really... it might be worth dropping the appropriate forum sponsors a quick note to see if they can help?
