Exactly. If the links are longer than oem, the vehicle thinks it is higher than it actually is and lowers the suspension. If the links are shorter than oem, the vehicle thinks it's too low and raises the suspension. Low tech. The EASControl writes new values to the EAS ECU.
The YouTube link in my last post shows the use of the EASControl on a RRS and the vehicle lowering its suspension. The entire vid is 51sec long. And no need to crawl under the car.

Oh, absolutely! I'm a huge fan of the KISS principle. But now you can have the high tech solution for roughly the same price - and lower or raise the vehicle at will and in seconds.

I agree with Steve... I've adjusted my EAS a few times before finding the right combination of ride height v's comfort..and all it involved was a few button presses.. no jacking up the car! RRS gone

I'm quite sure you wouldn't have found anything like the EASControl anyway. AFAIK there is nothing else similar on the market for any air sprung vehicle. An OEM level diagnostic system will allow the recalibration of the EAS - and it can be calibrated lower or higher than the factory settings - but it is a considerably more involved process than adjusting the height with the EASControl.

Our worldwide distributor is Britpart. As their dealers are allowed to set prices to reflect costs (shipping, import duty, etc), they ask us not to give out prices. You can either contact Britpar ( http://britpart.com/lcdlr.asp?PageRef=13 ), find your local dealer and ask or just google EASControl or IIDTool. In the first two pages of results you'll have about 4-5 online retailers. This gives a very good indication of the price.
