A new door seal isn't too expensive (I'd guess at under £100 fitted). As for the seat, a new base cover would be a quick fix, however most trimmers would be able to replace the side panel.

Is a "trimmer" something I look up in the yellow pages? It can't be that hard on diesel???

front door seal is 24 quid and a 2 min job as for the seat any trimmer will do it around £30 am guessing "ha ha HA HA" laughing all the way to the bank! |

That door seal is the same problem I've got which the dealer said isn't covered under warranty as I have done it getting in and out in 18 months |
