Dealers can make honest mistakes. I've a client who ordered a new RRS TDV8, waited the 8-10weeks, got the call to come collect and it was presented all nice a loverly.

"do you like it sir?"

"yes, it does look fantastic in silver....BUT...I ordered black!"
