Excellent throughout the purchase process, from initial phone call, when they were able to give me trade-in price on my Freelander 2 within ten minutes making the 300 mile round trip worth the effort; to delivery by a friendly driver who apologised that 150 miles in heavy rain had left it in less than show room condition outside. Plates had been changed, inside valeted mats etc added, all documents etc present.
