2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

No you shouldn't as all the OEM wheels are interchangable between RRS and D3, what these guys are talking about is those who want to fitt RRS/D3 wheels to earlier Range Rovers like the P38A which has a different offset/ hub. I'm also not sure if FFRR can take RRS/D3 wheels without a spacer 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Germany 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey

Don't listen to them, just go for the 20s. Beauty knows no pain! Thumbs Up Mr. Green

I also don't have the damped steering, I have the Stormers, I have a little steering shake (only between 80 and 100 km/h, solution: never drive that speed! Thumbs Up Cool ) and I don't care at all! Thumbs Up

And in case the steering will brake: I still kept the 19ers, I will put them on, go into a dealer's and yell at them to repair my steering under warranty! Whistle Mr. Green

Have a look at my gallery or those of some others: 20s are the way to go! Thumbs Up RRS TDV6 HSE, 2006, bonatti grey, ebony interior, rear diff, s/c grille and vents, stormers, privacy, tasmods, iphone integration Wink

Again, thanks. I'll take all the advice on board.

So, do I have to worry about 'spigot' sizes when swapping early and late wheels (as i noticed on ebay that people mention that late wheels need a spigot ring to fit early cars and the difference iss indicated by the black or silver wheel nuts)?

No spigot ring required but I had forgotten about the steering rack.... some of the early non-SC's did have the undamped rack fitted but I think they got into the channel pretty quick.

This is how you check:

There are some very nice new design 19" OEM wheels just come out. I also wouldn't go above 19" wheels on bad roads.....but it's your call. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone

Of course it's up to you what you do, especially if you do not have the damped steering rack. But I'd say just take a look at some pictures, you will see, 20s are best! Thumbs Up They may be a pain on bad roads, but they look sooo good! Cool

And may I recall, official Landrover car for offroad-usage:

Now that my temper has subsided, I can now reliably inform the forum that '02-'05 wheels will NOT fit later model cars ...not without new bolts, nuts and spacers. It somehow seems more effort than it's worth. Shocked

Save yourself some heartache (and backache) and stick to same model-year wheels ...you'll thank me in the morning! it's just a blue oil burner

02-05? Are you sure you're talking about RRS wheels? There was no RRS before 2005 Very Happy

You might find you've tried FFRR wheels, they are not interchangeable with RRS/D3 - I think Tim alluded to this in one of his earlier posts.
