What do you mean you can't control them? If they don't move, it's time for service.

if the dipping is on they will move down when its in reverse and then move all the way up when back in drive. But i cant control them manually from the switch. If the dipping is off then they will still just stay in the high position and I still cant move them manually. I guess its time for service anyways. |

grommet, you mention in your reply to djsaad 1 "do all 3" It's my understanding that the reverse dipping feature only controls the 2 side view mirrors, am I missing something? |

I'm talking about initially saving all 3 memory settings the same. (The 1/2/3 buttons on the seat.) Just to prevent initial confusion, especially when using the Lazy Entry feature. |
