Take your point Adam, but on the darker colours esp. they look better in the matching body colour. But then your wing mirrors look good colour coded. I think each LR body colour lends itself to different "mods" that will suit that particular RRS.

I agree totally. I've seen a few Buckingham blue models now and it's my favourite colour, it looks stuning , especially with contrasting silver brightwork...why didn't I order that one...!!!! L319 D4 HSE

I think RRUK had them colour coded by the supplying dealer in their paint shop.

As with the rest of colour coded kit available it will be interesting to see how they stand up to pressure washing etc. chipped paint wouldn't look good.......

Can those of you who have gone for / are going for keep us updated?? Currently: Carbon Black 535d

Having taken the paint of the factory made front spoiler of my RS Turbo many years ago with a pressure washer Exclamation
I've never used one since. So I recommend a sponge and bucket as the only safe way to clean a car no matter how dirty. TDV6 - gone

A friend of my mine told me not to use one if i have stone chips. if a pressure washer can get dirt off the patio then i'm sure it can rip off the factory paint just like josh's car Shocked RRS TDV6 Gone but still around

Sponge & bucket NOOOOOO, not unless you want to scratch the living daylights out of your paintwork.

Use MF or simple cotton towels, 2 buckets (1 with your preferred shampoo, the other clean water). Rinse towels out in the clean water to remove the dirt from towel. Then use another couple of towels or MF to dry off (not chamois) HSE TD6 (Java Black/Ivory)
