Had a good poke around a 2010 D4 at the Shoreham air show on Sun - have to say it's an infinitely better proposition than the exist Transit Connect Thumbs Up

No, a Disco 4 - the RRS they had was an 09.

S, I have to agree. If I needed to have 7 seats and lots of space the D4 would now be right at the top of my wish list. It really is so different fromD3 on the inside and somehow LR have succeeded in making it appear smaller by clever visual effects. This dealer also had a Nara Bronze D4 GS or GX (whatever the base model is) all polished and ready to go out sat in the customer carpark. But even more eyecatching was a 59 plate Jaguar XKR in metallic black

Alias the car in my photos is a FFRR, the car I show the wheel on isd a Stornoway RRS 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Good spot Tim. Thumbs Up

I like those 19" wheels.

If I decide to drop a size in 12-18 months upon retirement to the country I will have a closer look at those as I'm not very fond of the current 19" style. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone

Pity they are 19's they would look nice in 20" on a new TDv8 (which get the too bling Diamond Turned sort of V spoker style 4, at least they aren't the Kahnesque 5 spoke wheels of the S/C). 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I like them too. I don't think those new SC wheels will ever grow on me.... Confused

My fave new LR wheel is the Stormer-a-like that's available on the new FFRR - if they fit on the RRS, it would be job done Thumbs Up

The Tiger-a-like's are available for RRS, one of the choices for TDv6 I think, but they are 19" not 20's
I could live with them on a TDv8 as I already have 19" wheels with winter tyres for it anyway.
FFRR gets similar but 20" with 10 spokes (on the LR website for FFRR they are Style 11 and 12) and my pics above show them on the FFRR. The RRS ones are 15 spokes 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Must say I like Ipanaema on the FFRR. Not sure if I could live with a 'nearly' brown car every day though. But as I have said before I'm boring on that front have always had black or silver cars for twenty years now.

Now that Stornoway RRS with the 19 Tiger a likes, does look good. Think I could definately live with better looking 19's than continually kerbing the 20s on my mine.

Interesting that for once the smaller wheel design looks better than the larger! Or am I getting old again??? Big Cry

Hmm, looked again still looks nearer brown than silver. Could be the quality of the screen on my laptop.

Tim, as you maintain it's nearer silver think I'll have to see it in the flesh. Trip to the Stealers it is then.

Damn, was trying to put it off for as long as possible. Don't have much willpower once I'm on the forecourt. Whistle

It's the style 11s I mean (which are 20s).... I don't think they're an option on the RRS - not according to the brochure or website anyway Confused
