Evening all. Well after weeks/months of searching I've taken the plunge and put a deposit down on a 57 RRS TDV8. Black/Black with a few toys. Very pleased, now can't wait to pick up on Friday. Bought as a family car to replace my wife's Audi TT with a new baby now around so will be somewhat different to what's she's used to. When I let her drive it of course! Now to find some insurance, any help gratefully received.

Thanks James. I met you last week, when I had just missed out on one, but wanted to say thanks to yours and Jeremy's enthusiasm to try and get me in another one. In the end, managed to source from same dealer where I missed the other one, so I'm pretty pleased to get all sorted. Looking forward to showing the old man so he can compare to his RR classic that he had when I was a kid. Will be good to get back into the Range Rover fold, only 30 years later!!
