Hi all,

I've been having a Facebook-profile for about two weeks now (something completely new to me), didn't search for anybody and already have about 70 friends, most of them friends from earlier years who found me there. It's really incredible how many people in Germany are on Facebook...

Is it the same phenomenon in Britain (or where you others live)? Are you on Facebook? Any other similar network?

I'm so fascinated by the fact how many people I met there so I'm curious how many of you also have a facebook-profile. Yep, FB is a global phenomenon let alone in Germany or the UK.

You should read a book called the The Accidental Billionaire - a good read if you're into technology success stories

or in my case peolple keep saying Hi and I ain't a clue who they are

and don't get me started on the stupid invites I keep getting

Sadly, i'm on it a lot but as i'm marooned in the middle of the Med it is a great way for me to keep in touch with people.
