sorry but why buy a car if it has s t brakes....surely it's a fundamental requirement in the first place....it's like buying an airplane but you don't like flying.....you get my drift...... |

here here mines the same they came as standard,you should'nt have got a V6 you could always fit some calipers off a ford KA. |

The thing is the brakes are not it. LR spend millions designing these cars and they are exactly how they should be. |

As Misery says, LR spend millions of pounds researching such things, if the Diesel deserved Brembos, it would have had Brembos. On that basis it has to be image, my Disco 3 TDV6 had standard calipers and that was quicker than the RRS TDV6.........brakes were spot on every single time. Yeah you're all right... i've put them back to standard and fitted new brake pads instead with new disks.
