I just asked him, and I was right.............. he didn't know!

We're fine with replacing and renewing parts but when it comes to upgrading from factory spec it enters a whole different arena.

The ebayer in question was at the Chinook meet! Thumbs Up

Are hubs the same on all RRS from 2.7 to SC.

I know that on BMW 3 series hubs are the same and you are able to fit M3 calipers and rotors to 316 and 316 to M3. Caliper bolts to hub are the same and they are on the same position on all cars. In high end models calipers and rotors ar bigger, but still fit to all models. In case of upgrade on BMW you need calipers pads and rotors all other parts fit and can stay the same.

Does anyone know if there is the same case with RRS

As Misery says, LR spend millions of pounds researching such things, if the Diesel deserved Brembos, it would have had Brembos. On that basis it has to be image, my Disco 3 TDV6 had standard calipers and that was quicker than the RRS TDV6.........brakes were spot on every single time. L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!

Yeah you're all right... i've put them back to standard and fitted new brake pads instead with new disks.

Thank you all for your wealth of knowledge, help and input to this matter. Very much appreciated. WINNER - 2009 Best in Class Range Rover Sport Award
