I can suggest a job which is about to become vacated in approx. 2 1/2 months.

You get away with doing Censored all, pay is ok.

Bit of responsibility but would require relocation.

What am I saying? This is a fCensoredg s Censored t hole!

Move to Cyprus!!!! (except cars cost a fortune over there!)

Cyprus.. i love it there.. been three times now.. last time i went there though, i had a massive allergic reaction to something and was a couple of minutes from dying but was lucky to have got to the hospital in time..
So something out there in Cyprus doesn't like me, and i don't like it..

Turkey/Dubai i've got my eye on, as well as Oz/NZ etc..
Saying that though would definitely travel to cyprus again, my mates have a house in a town called pataris near ayianappa, and another one of my mates just moved out to the north side of cyprus, turkey side, and runs a construction company out there, he has a New RR exported from the UK, and an older P38 RR for his Mrs. May be a good contact for you if you're going into the construction/property business over there?

Will be in property, but on Cyprus side.

They don't particularly like each other. Besides, need to be careful in N Cyprus because there is a belief that with Turkey joining EU, they have to recognise Greek Cypriots as a nation in itself.

This means that the divide may come down at some point which could lead to Greek Cypriots exiled from the North of the Island reclaiming land which belongs to them.

A friend of my Dads went back to Uganda after Amin's reign and successfully reclaimed a huge amount of land.

Phew......Now where was I?.........Ah yes...BOOBIES! Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

hmm tricky business this cyprus border lark..

im sticking to turkey for the time being..
although some guy came to present some info to us last week, and Bulgaria looked very interesting.. anyone been skiing there? i know we discussed this before, but it looks like a good place to invest for future tourism growth.. specially now, 100m from ski lifts, apartments available for like £30k!

Yeah, we've thought about various places in Eastern block.

Just concerns me a bit about the 'Unsavoury elements' in these countries.

How safe is your money/investment/property in these countries?

Turkeys fine.. we researched a lot.. just open up a turkish ltd (Sti) company and you can buy what you want.. is all contracted and all professional, so should be no problems, plus planning and actual buying and selling procedures are quick and simple there.. every man and his dog appear to be in the game, but its easy enough to do business there.. we went for 4 days back in 2005, and have done everything else via phone..

Looking into bulgaria now, different market to turkey and seems to be ripe for growth given the ski industry and stuff taking off there.. airports are beggining to open up and cheap flights are starting to roll out in serious quantities to various destinations from 2006 summer onwards.. If thomas cook move in there.. then so do we! thats one thing we follow, damn holiday companies.. they know what they are doing!
