2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

45K SERVICE

My car was serviced last Aug @ 27k mls and is now @ 34k mls, just called the dealer and I need the 45k service (every 15k or 12 months, what a con!)
I have been quoted £310 all in, is this good/bad/competitive? Is this the "A" or "B" service? What is the difference in these 2?
