Would anyone go back to a RRS?

For anyone who has left RRS for another car, ie another 4WD, in light of the new car coming soon, would you go back in for another RRS??

Another questions - any perils of spraying your car a new colour??? Just curious, I'm really thinking hard about a new RRS in white or another car altogether which would mean having to sell the RRS - if I changed from Java to White, I would keep the RRS and get another car too....albeit not to much ££

And by the way before anyone grasses me up, I have been driving a Nissan Figaro.....got it for the other half who has been pestering me for one!!

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Nick take care of that Figaro they are highly collectable now. There was only a tiny production run (by Nissan standards!) of something like 1500 cars all originally for the Japanese market only.

Repsraying - as far as I know they only person on here who has resprayed his car is Sportman in Dubai - changed his S/C HSE from Buckingham Blue to a Silver HST, fitting the body kit at the time the car was resprayed 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Wales 2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Java Black

I would definitely go back to a RRS, but it would have to be the 5.0 S/C. Seriously considering ordering a 2010 my.
I'm also looking at a FFRR (late model but not brand new).
I can't give up the DB9 tho' ......it's just toooooo cool!

I can't imagine that a drastic spray job from black to white is going to be successful unless it's a bare metal strip down, which would be prohibitively expensive.
I quick spray job over the outside surfaces, in a differnet colour, is going to reduce future value surely?
Might be better just to exchange for another vehicle of the colour you want.
Just my two pence worth!!

Nick, having seen the 2010MY in the flesh I would wait a bit longer and see what dealers are doing on ex demo cars. You might also find some good deals on run out 2009MY cars - might be worth asking Kam100 what he can find. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I still haven't decided what to do, I have been looking at R8's and Maser GT's - which would mean me having to sell my RRS - other option would be to buy a new RRS S/C - but what i would prefer to do is to keep my current RRS and maybe get a Audi TTS or a new Gold GTI (either in white)......tough not knowing what to do.....but thinking it would be better to have two cars than just one heavy drinking car......

You only had your R8 for a couple of minutes, didn't you? Shocked

Back on topic: I'd happily have another RRS if I didn't do so many damn miles Confused

Couple of months I had it for Shmoogle......

Didn't lose any money on it though due to the good timing, in fact made a small profit.

Just wasn't exciting enough. I'd happily give the V10 one a go though.
