A stubby or, better yet, offset Phillips screwdriver will make it a lot easier to remove and tighten the screws on the liner in front of the rear wheels where clearance is tight, and you will also need a 13mm (or 17mm, can't remember for sure, sorry...) socket on a ratcheting wrench to secure the bolts of the six brackets provided. Put her in off-road height so you will have more room to work under the car to mount the brackets, and watch those pesky yellow plastic poppers as you "unbutton" the old lower sill cover and snap the new one in, they have a nasty habit of breaking or coming loose and disappearing forever.
