Having a bit of a Victor Meldrew moment with my local dealer.... poor RRS has been in 2 days now and yesterday I called the Service Advisor assigned to my car (they do that here) and it took 4 hours to raise any response for an update, taking the service manager to call. Today we are on 2 hours and counting since my call and email to the service manager... plus they said they would give me a LR loaner but instead the guy ahead of me got one and I got a rather nice boat ... oops sorry Ford Taurus from the Hertz desk ....Ahhh!!!
What the **** is the the matter and as I dont belive it is setting in I needed to rant
Beware LR Houston SouthWest, cannot name the LR service advisor but there are only 2 of them. Brit across the Pond

Well finally got it back at 6 today
complete with
new Supercharger cooling pump (sorted reduced engine issue last week down the middle of 5 lines of I10 traffic ... scary )
LR balanced tyres (way better than Discount tires) sorted so far a bad wheel shimmy
36k Service which i didnt know was due... doh!
Been one of thoses weeks so far, wifes away and gotta feed myself too, Bangers Mash and 2 pints of IPA down the local English Pub here in Houston Brit across the Pond
