Welcome

1. If the car came through Kam there might be a suppying dealer - speak to Kam.

2. You are doing the right thing I think - are you pressing on the rubbery button, if so there's a problem if it doesn't open so get it fixed at any LR dealer, it's a warranty job.

3. Adjust your seat to required position then press button 1,2 or 3 at the same time as the mem button. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Locked Doors?

Could be that you have your doors locked (except the drivers door) as this will prevent the tail gate opening. Unlock all doors by the remote or push the little lock/unlock button above the radio. If this doesn't work then there may be a fault.

You have to press the unlock button twice on the fob or the unlock button on the dash. Once all doors are unlocked just lift the lid.
Do not make the mistake of pushing that black button as well as lifting the top section at the same time as you will cause a problem. And if you decide you need it all open then close the top lid first.
If that doesn't work then I'm stumped. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone
